合理确定最低设计温度和选材是输气站场运行安全性和建设经济性的重要保证。为合理确定输气站场承压管道、设备的最低设计温度和选材,从最低设计温度和低温低应力工况的定义入手,结合输气站场可能产生低温的典型工况,阐述了输气站场最低设计温度的确定方法,介绍了输气站场管道、管件选材及其低温韧性试验温度与性能指标确定的原则和要点,为输气站承压管道和设备最低设计温度的合理确定和选材提供参考。该研究为输气站场的本质安全设计提供了借鉴。
Proper decision of minimum design temperature and selection of material is critical for safe operation of gas transportation station and can save construction capital. In order to determine minimum design temperature and select pipe and equipment material properly, the definitions for minimum design temperature and low temperature with low operation stress are introduced, combined with typical low temperature that may happen in gas transportation stations,the method for identifying minimum design temperature is elaborated, and the principles and key points for material selection of pipe and pipe fitting, as well as the defining of temperature and performance index for low temperature toughness test are recommended. It gives a guideline for proper decision of minimum design temperature and selection of pipe and equipment material and provides reference for intrinsic safety design of gas station.
