- 近年来,我国积极探索和发展装配式建筑,自2007年在陆上油气田地面工程建设领域推进标准化设计以来,模块化建设模式得到了大量应用与推广。因此,模块化设计与建造是装配式建筑在油气田地面工程建设领域中的成功实践,是对传统工程建设方式的重大变革。在分析模块化建设优势基础上,提出了模块化设计的十大关键技术,说明了模块化设计发挥的核心和灵魂作用,并总结了当前陆上油气田地面工程及页岩气开发中模块化建设取得的显著成果,提出了模块化建设下一步的发展方向。
In the construction process of large oil and gas field ground projects, it is easy to be influenced and troubled by various subjective and objective factors. If the traditional engineering construction mode is adopted, it will bring great challenges to the successful implementation of the project. It is imperative to find a more suitable construction solution. Modular construction technology is currently one of the most advanced engineering construction technologies in the world. However, in the process of implementing the modular design of engineering, we also need to implement the key technologies of ground engineering construction including the 3D design technology of the module, the patented integration technology of the modular device, the general layout technology of the module, the evaluation and design technology of module safety and stability, the module division design technology, the optimum design technology of steel structure and foundation, the module operation and maintenance design technology, the module packaging and protection design technology, the transportation and handling design technology and module separation and reloading design technology. Only through the effective combination of these technologies can the project be carried out smoothly.
