- 广西境内红水河的喀斯特地貌多溶洞、多礁石且岸坡陡峭等自然环境,给长输管道的通过带来了极大的施工难度。为了成功穿越红水河峡谷段,广西天然气管道工程结合当地特有的地形地貌对一般的沉管穿越技术做出了相应地改进,在沉管过程中较好地保护了管道的PE层和弯头,减小了两岸的土方开挖量。为此,对红水河漂管沉降技术进行总结,阐述改进的关键施工技术,为类似地质条件的沉管穿越施工提供参考。
TheKarst landscape with many caves, reefs and steep bank slopes in the Hongshuihe river of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region has brought great challenges to the passage of the long distance pipelines. In order to cross the Hongshuihe river, the Guangxi natural gas pipeline project has made some improvement to the general sinking pipe crossing technology in combination with the unique topography of the area. In the process of sinking pipe, the PE layer and the bend of the pipeline have been well protected, and the amount of earthwork excavated on both sides of the banks has been reduced. Therefore, the sinking technology of the floating pipe in Hongshuihe river is summarized, and the key construction technologies of the improvement is elaborated as well, which provides reference for the sinking pipe crossing under similar geological conditions.
