- 输气管线压气站工艺气体冷却器是压气站的重要设备之一,具有保护输气管线安全和提高输气效率的重要功能。常用的压气站工艺气体冷却器有空气冷却和水冷却两种方式。简要比较了空气冷却器和水冷却器的优缺点,介绍了压气站工艺气体冷却器的方案选择和布置要求,提出了相关空气冷却器的设计参数,从工程应用的要求出发,提供了设计校核的计算方法。
Process gas cooler at gas compressor station in gas pipeline, which has the function of ensuring gas pipeline safety and improving gas transmission efficiency, is one of important equipment. Process gas cooler includes commonly air cooler and water cooler. Briefly compared are advantages and disadvantages of air cooler and water cooler, introduced are process gas cooler selection and layout, described are design parameters of relevant air cooler and calculation method for design and check is put forward according to requirements of engineering application.
