- 页岩气藏是一种超低渗透非常规储藏,水平井完井和压裂技术是页岩气获得工业性开发的关键。综述了几种页岩气水平井的完井方式,包括笼统压裂完井、限流压裂完井、套管固井多级压裂和裸眼多级压裂完井,揭示了裸眼井多级压裂具有更优的增产特性,介绍了减阻水压裂相关的液体体系、支撑剂和施工工艺,指出我国在今后的页岩气开发中应加强水平井裸眼多级压裂技术的研发。
Shale gas is an unconventional reservoir with ultra low permeability, horizontal well completion and fracturing are two key methods for industrial development of shale gas. Summarized are different types of horizontal well completion, including commingled fracturing well completion, limited entry fracturing well completion, cemented casing multi-stage fracturing well completion and open-hole multi-stage fracturing well completion. It is pointed out that open-hole multi-stage fracturing well completion has better stimulation performance. Introduced are relevant slick water fracturing fluids, proppant and operation procedure. It is suggested that research and development on open-hole multi-stage fracturing of horizontal well shall be strengthened in future domestic shale gas development.
