Abstract:China National Petroleum Corporation plans to build ten gas storages from 2011 to 2015 in natural gas source areas, product gas consumption center and vicinity of large backbone gas networks. One of the ten gas storages will be built near Xiangguo Temple,so called as Xiangguo Temple underground Gas Storage, which is the first one in the southwest region of China and is located in vicinity of Zhongwei?鄄Guiyang gas pipeline under plan and the existing Sichuan and Chongqing pipeline networks. Xiangguo Temple underground Gas Storage will play a key role in meeting the peak demands of natural gas from Sichuan and Chongqing pipeline networks and Zhongwei?鄄Guiyang pipeline networks. Briefly described are characteristics and technological process of dehydration scheme used for natural gas from Xiangguo Temple underground Gas Storage, compared are work amount, energy consumption, land occupation area and investment of such dehydration schemes as J?鄄T valve throttling refrigeration dehydration and TEG dehydration and associated gathering and transportation schemes and introduced is the selection of dehydration scheme used for natural gas from Xiangguo Temple underground Gas Storage.
