    Experimental Study on Shengli Oilfield Wastewater Desalting Technology

    Abstract:In order to research the feasibility of such desalting technologies as multiple-effect evaporation and mechanical recompression evaporation in Shengli Oilfield wastewater treatment, conducted is field experimental study on hypersalinity oilfield wastewater desalting technology applied in Shengli Oilfield. Conducted is test on treated water samples and analyzed is the quality of such water samples. Results show that soluble solids (mineralization) in waste water treated by multiple-effect evaporation technology are reduced down to less that 1000 mg/L and its oil content, total iron content, total hardness, total alkalinity and mineralization can reach the water quality standard of steam injection boiler water, and the mineralization in waste water treated by mechanical recompression evaporation technology is reduced down to less that 20 mg/L, salt in waste water is removed rather completely and various indexes can meet the water quality standard of steam injection boiler water and the technology is applicable to Shengli Oilfield waste water desalination.
