- 传统一体式低温旋转接头在更换密封圈时需要先将滚珠逐个取下，才能将旋转接头的旋转外壳和旋转轴分开，但由于密封圈内部弹簧的张紧力传递到滚珠和旋转轴及旋转外壳的滚道上，很难将滚珠取出，造成密封圈更换困难。新型可拆卸式低温旋转接头，采用旋转外壳与滚珠滚道分离的结构形式，可快速拆卸旋转外壳和旋转轴，不必将滚珠取出即可更换内部密封圈，提高旋转接头密封圈更换效率，减少停机维护时间。
In replacement of seal rings in traditional integrated swivel joint, all roll balls are removed one by one in order to separate the housing and shaft. However, it is very difficult to remove the balls because spring in seal rings will generate tension and such tension will be transmitted to the balls between shaft and housing, so it is very hard to get balls out from raceway, which will result in difficult replacement of seal rings. The new detachable swivel joint has a raceway separating from housing and it is easy to remove the housing and shaft in replacement of seal rings. Adoption of such detachable swivel joint can improve the efficiency of replacement of seal rings and reduce downtime greatly.
