- 当前海上油田的开发逐步向深水区扩展,对位于高压低温深水环境中的混输海底管道提出了更高的要求。介绍了几种类别的海底混输管道现状,针对各种复杂流型提出了相适应的压降求解方法;阐述了段塞流产生的危害及其预测和预防方法;多相流计量的精度因为其不均匀性而受到了影响,因此虚拟计量成为了主流发展对象。同时,低温环境可能导致生成天然气水合物而堵塞管道,针对该问题提出相应的解决方法,从而保证深水中设备和海底管道的流动安全。
With gradual extension of offshore oil field development to deep water zone, more strict requirements are put forward for the mixed transportation pipeline design in the condition of high pressure and low temperature. Introduced are different kinds of subsea mixed transportation pipelines, proposed are some solving methods through pressure drop based on various kinds of complex flow patterns. Expounded are harms resulting from slug flow and put forward are some prediction and prevention methods. Virtual measurement becomes the main object of the development because precision of the multiphase flow metering is affected by the uniform of the multiphase flows. In the meanwhile, low temperature environment may lead to the formation of gas hydrate and subsea pipelines will be blocked accordingly and proposed are some solutions for such problems so as to ensure the safety of equipment and deep water pipelines.
