- 长庆某区块下古主力产层的H2S和CO2含量均较高,导致部分产水气井的生产管柱腐蚀穿孔严重,修井频繁,严重影响了气田的正常生产。为此提出了双金属复合涂层管柱防腐技术,在管柱表面形成底层1 Cr 13不锈钢、面层Al合金及封孔剂的三层复合结构。采用正交试验法系统研究了喷涂工艺对复合涂层的组织结构、密度和耐腐蚀性能等的影响规律。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层的显微结构进行表征,采用阿基米德排水法对涂层的密度进行测试,采用CORTEST高温高压釜对涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:电弧电流和喷涂距离对涂层密度的影响显著,随着电弧电流的升高,涂层密度呈单调增大趋势;随着喷涂距离的增大,涂层密度呈先增大后减小趋势;而电弧电压对涂层密度的影响不显著。在电弧电流240 A,电压32 V,喷涂距离150 mm条件下制备的双金属复合涂层组织较致密,腐蚀速率仅为0.072 mm/a,耐蚀性能较N80基材提高7倍以上。
High H2S and C02 content of ancient main production layer in a block of Changqing Oilfield result in serious corrosion and perforation in production strings of some gas wells producing water and frequent workover accordingly, which affects normal production of the gas wells seriously. In order to resolve these problems, studied is corrosion control technology by using double metal composite coatings and composite structures with such 3 layers are formed on the surface of production strings as basement of 1 Cr 13 stainless steel, surface course of Al alloy and sealing agent. Adopted is the orthogonal experiment design method to investigate the effect of coating process parameters on the microstructure, density and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings. Adopted is the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to characterize microstructure of the composite coatings, used is the Archimedes method to test the density of the coatings and applied is the CORTEST high temperature and high pressure autoclave to estimate corrosion resistance of the coatings and the obtained results show that the density and porosity of the coatings are significantly affected by the arc current and spray distance. The coating density shows a monotonically increasing trend along with arc current increase, the coating density shows a first increasing and then decreasing trend along with spray distance increase and arc voltage has not significant effect on the coating density. Double metal composite coatings prepared in such operating conditions as arc current of 240A, arc voltage of 32V and spray distance of 150mm has a dense microstructure and only 0.072mm/a corrosion rate and its corrosion resistance can be improved by 7 times more than the N80 base.
